Tuesday afternoons dedicated strictly to girls football training. Focused on footwork, game understanding, and fostering athletic performance in a supportive setting.
Saturday morning double session catering to U8 mixed beginners and U16 girls squad preparation. Technical drills followed by structured small-sided matches.
